Sony, a Catholic man in his late twenties from rural Kerala, appears as an intellectual and do-gooder but hides his true nature as a manipulative, abusive covert narcissist. Despite some family members knowing his misdeeds, they remain silent, protected by a family system that shields men and their secrets. Even his influential aunt, a nun, inadvertently enables him using religious provisions, turning the family into a vault that conceals dark truths from the outside world.
